Shipping & Delivery

Express delivery (1-2 working days): We will fulfil all UK orders by 6pm the same working day, these will be shipped and delivered the next day. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Sunday), but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday must be received before 1pm to be delivered on Sunday. 

 

Standard delivery (3-5 working days): We will fulfil all UK orders by 3pm the same working day, these will be shipped and delivered two days after we fulfil your order. We ship on Saturdays (delivered on Monday), but we do not fulfil orders on a Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday and delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Orders placed on Saturday must be received before 1pm to be delivered on Monday.
Please note: During times of the BOGOF offer and sale, we experience a high volume of orders which may cause delayed shipping time. If your order is time sensitive, please contact our support team at time of order who may be able to prioritise your delivery.
 
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables that determine the production time of your custom piece.

What happens if your order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us here.

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure please contact us here.

If the goods are lost by our courier you will need to open a claim against them, if you need any help simply contact us here.
